The 1990 Corton Bressandes from Tollot-Beaut is a lovely wine. In the bouquet red fruits, tar, forest floor, orange peel and coffee … lovely complexity. On the palate still quite tightly knit with layers of fine red fruits on the midpalate – raspberries + red and dark cherries. Slightly rustic but nuanced with a very fine harmony. At age 22 still not fully mature – a lovely Corton.
