Domaine Mugneret-Gibourg is one of the estates that I admire most in Burgundy. They have consistently produced beautiful wines each vintage over the last decades, and kept a quite unique and very authentic style in their wines.
The domaine is managed by the two sisters Marie-Christine and Marie-Andrée – the daughters of Georges Mugneret who shaped the domaine
I was received by Marie-Chistine and got a short introduction to the estate history, and then we descended to the very large cellars of the estate to taste the 2015s.
It was my first visit at Domaine Mugneret-Gibourg, and expectations were therefore high. I was not disappointed – such lovely people and delightful wines.

While Domaine Mugneret-Gibourg was founded by the couple Jeanne Gibourg (1906 – 1997) and André Mugneret (1905 – 1986) in 1933.
