Clos du Moulin au Moines, Pernand-Vergelesses Les Combottes 2014

The Pernand-Vergelesses les Combottes is more open and accessible than the rather tight Auxey-Duresses Clos du Moulin aux Moines. The bouquet is offering lovely yellow fruit, hints of hazelnuts and a lovey citrus infused minerality. On the palate more openly knit and outspoken – a 2014 that is starting to show the goods … fine now but will keep some years. This a lovely wine.
