Grivelet is for various reasons a quite notorius estate in Burgundian history .. but lets focus at the wine at hand - a Vosne-Romanée village 1961. It's a fully mature wine in good conditions - a slight metallic note after some time in the glass does nevertheless suggest it's a bit past it's peak. …
