The Boudots 2007 from Confuron was sligtly closed. The bouquet had red fruits with cherry and raspberries. The palate was quite accessible showing nice ripe red fruit. The Clos de Vougeot 2004 from Confuron was open and ready to enjoy. In the bouquet red fruits - raspberries and strawberries, and some notes of green pepper (found in many 2004s). Very open and sweet in the bouquet - quite mature Burgundy nose. On the palate also sweet notes with fine coulis flavors.
