Domaine d’Eugenie, Chassagne-Montrachet Les Perclos 2015

The Chassagne-Montrachet les Perclos 2015 is a truly rare bird – a white from Domaine d’Eugenie is not seen or tasted each week. The 2015 Perclos is very refined and well structured for the vintage – cool and well balanced with a lovely citrus infused minerality. Surprisingly refined for the terroir – lovely structure and balanced by the reductive notes. Not a wine for 10 year more perhaps – but will improve over the next five years.
