We are, however, quite many people who know your prices at the domaines, and can calculate your obscene markups… and enough is enough …
From the beginning of 2026 I will remove the worst and most greedy restaurants from my restaurant recommendations one by one.
First, the restaurant will be removed … then after a short time, some pages will be replaced by an explanation … like “wines too expensive” – or “kitchen uninspired – with sloppy sous-chef cooking!” …
The list is a service to Winehog readers … and I solely decide who should be displayed on the list – i.e. mainly interesting restaurants, and restaurant where I would eat and drink myself.
The kitchens do huge margins on local wines … then at least do not hyper-inflate the prices of lesser wines that are not in very strong demand.
