I had sworn to myself and some good friends that I would not take a public swing at or with the Hospice de Beaune … so I will not.
The Hospice de Beaune is by all accounts a very fine and charitable organisation doing a lot of good, but maybe it could be even more beneficial?
My suggestion is very simple … give some of the Hospice vineyards to talented new vignerons to inspire them, to invigorate both them and the Hospice.
Give new talents a chance … give the people some different views on making the future Hospice wines.
It can be a few plots … it could be all … it will bring the Hospice back to the people and back to France.
