Maison du Colombier is a restaurant with three offerings. Outside tapas servings, inside tapas delights, and finally more traditional servings in the restaurant itself.
All is supported and supplemented by a huge and impressive wine list – one of the best in Beaune. This is a place to enjoy … and with reasonable wine prices.
The tapas are lovely and suit the style and atmosphere of the restaurant, and it is possible to pair the wines with the different tapas servings.
A bistro with a tapas style is ideal in my view, light and lovely food and a very fine wine list with interesting picks – a lovely place to be.
