Subscriptions – usage and conditions
Subscriptions are conditioned on your compliance with the following rules and terms: Subscriptions are only for individual subscribes and user names/passwords are not to be shared. The subscription must be personal and no generic corporate emails, such as info@, sales@, contact@ are permitted – please note the subscription must be personal.
All active subscribers with a Winehog Business subscription may use the tasting notes in connection with offering the wines for sale or doing marketing for the wines – provided that winehog.org is properly credited (“winehog.org” or “Steen Öhman – winehog.org”). The user of the tasting note is responsible for ensuring the quoted information is correct and as published by winehog.org. Reproduction of Terroir Insights, Vineyard Insights, vintage reports and other articles is strichtly forbidden.
All active subscribers with the updated and New Winehog Business subscription may also use the photos and maps on Winehog in connection with offering the wines for sale or doing marketing for the wines – provided that winehog.org is properly credited (“winehog.org” or “Steen Öhman – winehog.org”). The user of the tasting note is responsible for ensuring the quoted information is correct and as published by winehog.org. Reproduction of Terroir Insights, Vineyard Insights, vintage reports and other articles is strichtly forbidden.
When the Winehog Business subscription is no longer active and valid, all Winehog content must be removed from the medias and websites of the subscriber.
Violation of any of the above conditions, as they are determined by winehog.org, will result in immediate termination of the subscription without any refund of any subscription fee. All who infringe or violate the terms and conditions, including non-subscribers, will be pursued using all legal measures available.
Subscriptions – prices (one year subscription)
Winehog Premium is offered as a one year subscription. The subscription is personal, as mentioned under Subscriptions – usage and conditions.
The normal price for Winehog Premium valid one user is currently 75 Euro for a one year subscription. During campaigns discounts can be offered.
Winehog Business is a subscription for the professional users of Winehog. With Winehog Business you have the right to use the Winehog tasting notes – points and comments – in your marketing and presentation of the wines on you own website and in your media. If you have the New and updated Winehog Business you will also be able to use Winehog photos and maps in your communication.
The normal price for Winehog Business valid one user is currently 249 Euro for a one year subscription. During campaigns discounts can be offered.
No VAT is charged – TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.
What do you get
The subscriptions give you full access to read all the content on Winehog – the content currently on the site, and content added during the subscription period. Please note the subscription is a package that include all the content produced over the years that Winehog have been in operation. By subscribing you get access to all these articles – until the subscription ends or is terminated.
