Terroir View: Domaine Dujac Chambertin

A rare bird the Dujac Chambertin – both a Chambertin Clos de Béze and a Chambertin – as the rules allow this mix of these two terroirs.

The production is limited 0.2929 ha, but still slightly bigger than the Domaine Dujac Romanée Saint-Vivant.

But lets take a closer look at the Dujac Chambertin … the proper name for this cuvée.

The Dujac ownership of Chambertin/Chambertin Clos de Bezè is relatively new, as it’s from the Domaine Thomas Moillard deal with Etienne de Montille in 2005.
