Maison Romane – Tripote et Mascagne – is a summer restaurant in Nuits-Saint-Georges … open from April 28th to ultimo August 2026.
The food is summer like and quite classical yet with a very charming twist .., fresh products from the market and the countryside around Nuits-Saint-Georges.
Very aromatic and tasteful dishes that just make you come back for more … same concept as 2026 … but with extended dinner opening.
Restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday evenings + Friday and Saturday for lunch.
The winelist is good and very interresting with many wines from Maison Romane … but also other exciting wines … jump in!.
