The 2025 harvest is now getting closer, with around 50-60 days left of maturing, the timing is more or less unchanged from the first article from May 28th.
The weather is very hot … 30 degrees + … and with this rate, the ripeness will come rapidly, unless there is a blockage due to a lack of water in the vineyards.
The anticipated harvest start
As mentioned, the evaluation of data and guesswork, does not make large changes. The only change is in the start date of the whites in Côte de Beaune.
Expected start date for the harvest of whites (Côte de Beaune) and reds (Côte de Nuits).

The harvest will presumably not be earlier than the 2003 and the 2020 vintage … but it will be an early one!
