The harvest 2026 is going to be very early … and with temperatures around 36+ Celsius currently, we can be in for a record-breaking early harvest.
Heat wave
The heat wave will continue to the end of June … most likely pushing the ripening even further.
In Macon, they expect to start on August 12 … and I maintain my harvest forecast from May with a start on August 22 in Côte de Nuits and August 15th in Côte de Beaune.
