I'm a big fan of the Bouchard whites, as they represent purity and refinement ... rather than the big ripe and oaky style offered …

The Chevalier-Montrachet 2011 from Bouchard is very refined and still showing beautifully. The bouquet has gone from primary fruit to a slightly more secondary profile .. still with pure and cool orchard fruits - notes of white peach, melon and pear - brought forward by a citrus infused filligree …
