The 2004 Les Suchots from Cathiard is a impressive effort for the vintage. The bouquet offer rich dark and spicy fruit … quite youthful with notes of dark cherries, blackberries, plum – spiced with violets and a very slight hint of dark chocolate. On the palate rich and weighty for the vintage … starting to resolve and show more complexity. Its long, weighty and balanced .. not bad for a 04 – not bad at all.
