Le Moulin in Auxey-Duresses … is a summer popup made by Bastien Thibodaux of Larriere Boutique in Beaune.

This is a rock ‘ roll place with tables outside covered only by pavillions – informal and with enjoyable music setting the scene for a laid-back food and drinking session. A light lunch or an extensive get vasted session … up to you.

The food is barbecue and pizza based with other very tasteful simple servings – salats and “light” dishes like Cote de Boeuf … very enjoyable … makes me want to spend the summer there with good friends and enjoyers of hedonistic indulgence.

The wine list is very well prised with a lot of nice and interesting wines – bravo. It can be done!

The food is better than previous years – and the service is much sharper … well done.

Highly recommended in the Burgundian summer
