New wine bar … Bar à Vin … Cave à Manger in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Light food … charcuterie and an interesting wine list with good … somewhat Winnature-styled wines.
It’s here – and we needed it, as we now have a place where we can enjoy wines at reasonable prices without buying the full menu at one of the bistros or restaurants.
The ambience is relaxed and nice … a few places outside for a relaxed summer seating; otherwise, lovely diverse seating inside … you feel welcome and relaxed.
Wines are on the vin nature end of the scale … the Winehog can expand his nature interest without feeling the unpleasantness of the talentlessness of the many bretty and VA-prone vin nature.
Vin nature with a talent … surprisingly, these are available to my joy and delight.
