The Olivier Guyot, Gevrey-Chambertin Les Champeaux 2017 is showing ample fruit and a fine mineral note. A bit old school but the balance is fine, as is the fine mid-palate fruit. It’s medium weight offering a delicious details in the rather charming bouquet.
