Restaurant Bourgeon is a completely new top-end place in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Classic French cuisine … very refined dishes with fine textures and lovely aromatics … its enjoyable and delicate.
The restaurant has a lovely ambience with the informal style of both waiters and chefs providing a delightful atmosphere.
Has a lovely balance between classic French and fine and delicate, more modern textures and aromatic profile – Interesting and enjoyable.
The winelist is limited so far, interesting name though with prices being reasonable. Names like Millot, a few bottles of Mugnier and new names like Lady vins and Domaine Les Petits Lieux indicate the style and focus of the list.
The new top place in Nuits-Saint-Georges!
