A new restaurant in the middle of Meursault, l’Episode serves classic French dishes in a contemporary fashion. It is a bit rustic style-wise, but the palate is delighted by the competent cooking.
I really prefer this to some of the fancy-pantsy restaurants with pretentious creations that take the focus away from the taste.
The wine list is quite extensive, and some of the wines are priced very well.
