Wine is all … wine is nothing, and your preferences and palate reveal a lot about you. Not only your preferred style of wine, but also the branding of the product and the signal it sends. The price, the vintage … the dimensions are infinite.

Just like you have preconceptions about the typical Ferrari owners, you might have a view on the average Mini owner … like the Winehog does not even fit in a Mini; he is more like a vintage Vito kind of guy.
The DNA can be interpreted by all with some minimal knowledge about wine, and the reflections are personal for the observers. You can derive different things, as they also reflect your conception of the wine – as does my selection of favourite wines.
I can almost see the comments … what a snob … label drinker … but I tried to answer honestly and give two views to my wine mind … one unfiltered and one more affordable.
What can I say … I’ve been lucky to drink La Tâche 1990 when it was 200 EUR years back, Montrachet 2008 drunk in Beaune at around 300 EUR … and Henry Jayer Crox Parantoux 1988 was 200 EUR at Lameloise in around 1999/2000.
I will elaborate this …
What do you think!
