Making lists always yields new knowledge … and so also in this case. Inspired by Guide Michelin’s rating of the best Burgundian producers, I gathered the wines that give me the most emotional pleasure and enjoyment … the three-heart vin d’émotion.
Seeing the names together does lead to some thoughts and reflections. I will let the list stand as is now … but ideally I want it reduced a bit …
