The Montrachet 1993 from Ramonet is in a beautiful state ... mature but still fresh and vibrant. The 1993 whites are a bit overlooked ... but at best they are very refined with a lovely nerve and tension. The bouquet is offering fine mature notes, delicate minerality .. cool and a bit understated. …
