We want drinkable and affordable Burgundies … I want it … the restaurants want it to serve by the glass … and the customers want it and need it. A 70 EUR Bourgogne Blanc is not affordable for the Tuesday pizza.
I want to taste wines that you like to drink yourself … that’s a simple request … just wines that are fresh and enjoyable.

The tasting is done using the Winehog scale … see below …. and not by awarding Parker points and long comments to all wines …
Some wines will get a comment and even a longer and philosophical comment if they deserve a good rating.

And yes, we want to find wines below 20 EUR for the restaurants. And preferably even some wines around the 10 EUR mark …

- 50 – 100 EUR
- 100 EUR and up
Prices should be domaine prices … ie., 2 prices per wine.
