On my November 2018 trip I had the opportunity to visit Domaine Faiveley to taste the 2017 vintage.
We were received at the now finished new Chai in Nuits-Saint-Georges by Erwan Faiveley who was ready with the best of the 2017s.

Impressions from the winery in Nuits-Saint-Georges
The rebuilding and renovation of the Nuits-Saint-Georges vinery is now finished … a truly remarkable project – and the result is stunningly beautiful. With the new facilities in place Faiveley will have optimal working conditions to take quality even higher in the years to come … this is a very exiting process to follow.
But lets go to the notes for the 2017s:
Tasting notes from November 14th 2018
All the wines were tasted from cask in the new Faiveley winery in Nuits-Saint-Georges, where the 2017 vintage is placed for the elevage.
