Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair Echezeaux 2007

The Echezeaux 2007 from Liger-Belair has a special place in my wine memory. I’m not a big fan of the 2007 vintage, but this is a fantastic Echezeaux … bringing back memories of the late and great Henri Jayer. Very lush and silky, with very fine tannins, medium+ body and a very good length. Love the minerality and the silky texture – must be Les Cruots playing with my palate. Very fine to outstanding.
