Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair, Vosne Clos du Chateau 2005

The Vosne Romanee Clos du Chateau 2005 is already showing beautifully. On the nose fine and delicate organic red fruit .. offering a wide selection of Vosne spices – slightly more closed than the one I tasted earlier this year. On the palate quite open with a lovely expressive red fruit, intense for a village with very fine length and complexity. Love the effortless and airy intensity of this wine … powerful yet so delicate. Drinking well now .. but need some time to unfold completely. A gorgeous Vosne village.
