Domaine Bachelet, Saint-Aubin Des Dents de Chien 2008

The 2008 Saint-Aubin Murgers Des Dents de Chien 2008 is maturing and is showing very well. Nose offer lovely complexity with and fine yellow fruit – marturing notes of Belle de Boskoop and hazelnuts, slight hint of a citrus infused buttery note that integrates with the intense minerality. On the palate still quite frisky but with some more intense maturing aromas – for me in a lovey place as it combines the maturing complexity and the youthfull freshness. It will change … but will it be much better than now – not so sure. Just love these 2008s …
