Today early start at Domaine Marc Roy in Gevrey Chambertin … tasting 2024 vintage from the bottle … impressions from the 2024 tasting will follow soon.
I also tasted the 2025 vintage … very much different from the 2024s, but very delightful wines … harvested before the rain, i.e. before September 4th.
All showed well, but as usual, Cuvée Alexandrine stole the focus … always drinking beautifully.
